He's a no-nonsense hard-working, successful, and strategic guy with a ton of integrity and charisma. He's very structured, and he's used to getting his way, which is what happened when he was 16. His dad was a bit of a hot head (not abusive, just a lot of anger), so if he wanted to do something, he'd do it. One time, the family was in a car and an old truck passed them very slowly, and his dad flipped the bird at the trucker. When they got home, he got a good spanking. It was a wake-up call for his dad. The kid's never forgotten that.
