Thus, I think that it's a bit better to use the word "personality" instead of "traits". The idea behind the term "traits" is that you're trying to describe an individual's more-or-less permanent set of behaviors and mental processes, but it's more accurate to call those things a person's personality.
As for the rest: I think the Foundation is already aware of SCP-1370. If it was discovered, they would have had to contain it, and contain it they did. And we all know how well we can be expected to deal with such things. They would have tried to hide it, and they would have tried to contain it, and they would have tried to contain it, and it would have happened again and again and again.
