Jess personality type is ENTJ, which is an other-determining function. This means that, regardless of their Myers-Briggs personality type, every person will use an other-determining function to determine how other people act and what they think. As an ENTJ, I’m thinking about how other people behave and what they think, while still not letting other people’s actions and thoughts define who I am. So while I might talk about how other people think and act differently than I’d like, I don’t let their actions or thoughts define me.
I can be understanding of how other people think, but I don’t let that stop me from thinking differently than them, which is something that I can do because I’m an ENTJ.
