Pussyfoot personality type is ISFP, Introverted, Sensing, and Feeling. Since I have a very independent nature, I was curious to see how this personality type might benefit from this book. I found that it did help me understand myself a bit better, and what I could do to make my life more balanced.
I am not sure of the validity of the section on the ENFP and ISFP personality types, but I enjoyed the description of how an ENFP might be different from an ISFP. There are some ideas which I would like to explore further, such as the idea of being open to change even when not comfortable with it and the idea of being able to build upon yourself. These ideas came across very clearly.
I also enjoyed the discussion of how to use the concept of "trying to do the opposite" in order to be more grounded and in tune with reality. This is something I will definitely work with in my own life.
Overall, I was happy with the book, and I do recommend it. While it might seem like a lot of work to read through, it is definitely worth the effort.
