"The ESTJ is very structured and systematic," she says. "They want things to be organized and orderly. They want things to be done and cleaned up and put in order, and they want everybody to be doing their job and following the rules."
But Bolen also notes that ESTJs can be quite controlling. "If you're not doing your job, they will be very critical of you."
