Maxwell Atoms personality type is INTP, and in my book, that means that he's an inventor, mathematician, and idealist (and the last two terms are pretty interchangeable). He's not necessarily a leader, but he's definitely got an eye for the big picture. He's a "how" guy, even if it's not always clear what to do with all his discoveries. He tends to be a bit brusque and emotionless, but deep down he's just looking for ways to better things. My favorite Atoms is the one who just scans the room and sees everything in terms of "what if?" He's always looking to explore new possibilities and that's why I love him in the first place.
Since I'm an INFJ, I love how we're a bit more emotional than some of the other types. The INFJ is driven by intuition and logic. The INFJ is able to put her emotions on the back burner, but she can't stay there for very long. She's passionate and highly emotional, and those are just two sides of the same coin. She has the ability to be detached, but she also has the ability to become deeply invested in something or someone.
