Omouto Tatsuki personality type is INTP, I think?
(spoiler) she's cold, but not cold-hearted. She's just very different than the other girls in the story.
The problem with her is that she didn't know how to tell her feelings to others in terms they could understand. She didn't even know what she wanted to do in the future.
(spoiler) Her feelings were too complex for her to understand, so she was always in a state of confusion.
She still uses the word "わたし" (watashi) which can mean "I" in this context when talking to Koyomi when she doesn't want to talk about her current situation.
For example, when she's about to go out with Koyomi, she tells him 「I am going out with Koyomi」. Her face is a bit stiff and she looks a little surprised.
Also, when she's talking about Koyomi's new girlfriend, she says 「Koyomi has a girlfriend that he likes」. In the past tense, so it's implied that this girl is no longer new.
