Arcann personality type is ENTJ, if I recall it correctly. He was an intensely driven person, who was willing to do anything he could to achieve his goals. As a result, he was a very capable commander, both tactically and strategically. He knew how to keep his cool under pressure, and he was also not afraid to meet force with force if that was what it took to get the job done. He was even willing to ignore his own personal moral code if necessary, as demonstrated by his willingness to kill the Vord. The only thing holding him back from being one of the best leaders in the galaxy is that he didn't have enough charisma to command respect from others.
The situation with Kradek-6 is completely different. While he is obviously skilled with his guns, he has no real leadership skills. He's more of a gun for hire than anything else. The only other aspect I can see to the character is that he's a bit of a loner. He doesn't seem to care too much about other people, I think he cares more about himself.
