The Teacher personality type is ESTJ, which is the same basic personality type as the one that my husband is.
The ESTP personality type is ENTP, which my son is.
I have my own ESTP personality type, which is ISFP.
But when my husband was diagnosed with Asperger's, I immediately fell in love with this man. He was very reassuring when my son was diagnosed with Asperger's when he was 5 years old. He would say, "I'm sure your son is fine. He's just a little different." It was very encouraging to hear that. It made me feel better about Asperger's in general.
When I started to learn more about Asperger's, I learned that the ESTP personality type is more likely to be diagnosed with Asperger's than any other type.
What traits do you see in the Myers-Briggs personality types?
ESTJ: The ESTJ personality type would be the type that would be most likely to be diagnosed with Asperger's. They always try to step into the spotlight and get noticed.
