However, I believe that one can make a pretty good guess on how a person will react to something on the basis of their personality, however it is important to keep in mind that we all have different experiences and we can also change our personalities over time.
On the other hand, we can also change our personalities based on what we do and how we react to things. Some may change their personality and their type later in life and others may not.
I believe that it is important to take into account all possibilities both when you are forming an opinion about somebody, but also when you are evaluating them.
