Holloway Roberts personality type is ENTJ, and I’m an ENTJ too. We’re the same type, but we’re not the same person. I can’t be him, and he can’t be me. And I want to be him, and he wants to be me.
That’s what makes us such a good team. We both want to be who we are, and we don’t want to change for anybody else. We’re not going to change our personalities for anybody because we know that’s a waste of a perfectly good life. We know how to be ourselves, and we know who we are, and we know how to be that. And that’s why we have a good life because we don’t have to change who we are to please other people because we don’t want anything from anybody else.
So how do you become a good leader? How do you become a good boss? There’s a very simple answer: you have to understand yourself first. I think the way I became a good leader was by being so honest with myself that I understood what it took for me to live a good life.
