It was probably the first time I was exposed to really good music, which my parents listened to.
When my parents were listening to music, I would be the one playing it for them. I'm actually a very big music fan.
How did you get into EDM?
While I was in high school, I was really into rock music and met a friend who had a friend who knew a guy who had a friend who knew a guy who had a friend who knew a guy who had a friend who played DJing for his friends.
So I became friends with them and started going to parties for free. I'd go to parties, and the people there were so nice and so fun. It was not about being cool or anything like that. It was actually being there with your friends and being yourself. That's what made it cool.
