What is the ENFJ personality type?
The ENFJ personality type is the 16th most common personality type, and we are the warm and sensitive “people pleaser” personality type. We’re the best listeners, and we’re the most loyal and caring people on the planet. We’re also very observant and we’re the most empathetic people on the planet. We’re also very decisive and we can be very effective leaders.
Why do you think there is such a discrepancy between the stereotypes of ENFJs and their actual personality?
I think that ENFJs can embody all of those stereotypes, but we also often hide those things because we fear judgment and because we value other people’s opinions and we don’t want to offend others.
