We’re the best listeners, and we’re the most loyal and caring people on the planet. We’re also very observant and we’re the most empathetic people on the planet. We’re also very decisive and we can be very effective leaders.
Why do you think there is such a discrepancy between the stereotypes of ENFJs and their actual personality?
I think that ENFJs can embody all of those stereotypes, but we also often hide those things because we fear judgment and because we value other people’s opinions and we don’t want to offend others.
Robin J. DiAngelo (born September 8, 1956) is an American academic, lecturer, and author working in the fields of critical discourse analysis and whiteness studies. She formerly served as a tenured professor of multicultural education at Westfield State University and is currently an Affiliate Associate Professor of Education at the University of Washington in Seattle. She is known for her work pertaining to white fragility, a term which she coined in 2011.
