Personally, I’m a big fan of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) – it’s the most popular personality test used by psychologists. Most people will be familiar with it, but for those who aren’t, it’s a way of determining your Myers Briggs Personality Type.
The MBTI is a 4-letter code that each person has for identifying their personality type (based on which Myers Briggs personality type they feel best fits them). It’s actually an older version of the MBTI and it’s based on the original work done by the Myers & Briggs Foundation. It’s been a bit of a controversial thing to use, with some therapists and coaches preferring to use the Keirsey Temperament Sorter. The MBTI is still the most popular, however.
What is personality type?
