Helios personality type is ISTP, which is all about action. ISTP is not only about the physical but also the mental aspect. They are action-oriented and like to get things done. They are also known to be focused, determined and precise. ISTPs usually are not the ones you would call "talkative" and they want to keep it that way. They feel uncomfortable with discussing their personal life, even with close friends and family. ISTPs are known to be control freaks, they like to know everything that's going on and will be the last one to accept that there is something they don't know. They are very reliable and work hard at whatever they do, even if they are not that motivated. ISTPs like to be independent and they want to figure things out on their own. They are experts in their fields, even if they prefer to do things on their own.
