Liger personality type is ESTJ, so I can imagine him being very tough. He’s also very blunt, often to the point of being blunt to the point of being rude.
Casey is more on the sensitive side, but he’s not that delicate or nervous. He’s on the tough side, but he’s still more on the sensitive side.
Mike is also pretty tough, but he’s not quite as blunt as Liger. He’s less sensitive than Casey, but he’s still more on the sensitive side.
Fontaine is on the tough side, but he’s also more on the sensitive side. He’s not blunt like Liger or Mike, and he’s not quite as sensitive as Casey.
This is all just my impression of the characters, but they do seem to be very similar in personality.
As far as what they do in their wrestling careers, Liger would be the leader of the trio. He would probably be the most serious one of the group. He would be in charge of making decisions and having the final say in most situations. He would probably be the most experienced of the group.
