Manananggal personality type is ENFP, although I have read MANS development is ENFJ. I am keenly interested in the development of personality from childhood and on, and enjoy reading about it. I think that people can become better at doing what they do if they are given a chance to work with a therapist of some sort, even if it is just one session a month or so.
I am interested in being able to help people who are having problems in their lives. I am interested in helping them to grow and develop by giving them some space to get comfortable with and explore their feelings.
I am also interested in helping people develop more assertiveness and communication skills.
I'm not sure what you mean by "an effective leader", but I am interested in developing self-leadership skills and becoming more confident in owning what I've done, and being able to use those skills to help other people, even if it is just to direct them to someone who can help them.
