    INTP (4w5)

RPGs personality type is INTP, which makes sense. Their brains are constantly working, trying to make sense of the universe, and it’s not uncommon for them to feel like their brain is too small or too slow.

INTPs feel like they’re always stuck in the middle, like they’re neither fully INTP nor fully NT. They’re constantly trying to figure out what’s going on, but they’re not really getting anywhere. They’re also very “outside-the-box” thinkers, and that can lead to some quickly-decided conclusions that aren’t always 100% accurate.

INTPs are quiet, mysterious, and often seem to be quiet, mysterious types. They can go weeks without talking to anyone, and don’t mind it. If you’re able to draw them out, they can be very down-to-earth and interesting people.

INTPs are great at making things look simple when they’re actually complicated. They’re love the idea of outlining every single possible outcome, which means that they often work very hard to avoid errors.

A role-playing game is a game in which players assume the roles of characters in a fictional setting. Players take responsibility for acting out these roles within a narrative, either through literal acting, or through a process of structured decision-making regarding character development. Actions taken within many games succeed or fail according to a formal system of rules and guidelines. There are several forms of role-playing games. The original form, sometimes called the tabletop role-playing game, is conducted through discussion, whereas in live action role-playing, players physically perform their characters' actions. In both of these forms, an arranger called a game master usually decides on the rules and setting to be used, while acting as the referee; each of the other players takes on the role of a single character.
