Novel Baswedan personality type is INTJ, which is the most common personality type for entrepreneurs in Indonesia. According to her, personality traits such as introversion and extraversion are important to understand when evaluating personality types. “If one is more introverted, he or she will not be very interested in socializing with others and will not be very friendly,” said Siti Fatimah while explaining why some people do not become entrepreneurs.
Novel Baswedan is an Indonesian investigator working for the Corruption Eradication Commission and a former officer of the Indonesian Police. Originating from Semarang, Baswedan underwent police education and joined the police force in 1998, where he served in Bengkulu.
