This is my last post on the subject of personality types. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who commented on my blog or sent me messages, especially the ones who took the time to write me a letter. These interactions, both positive and negative, inspired me to write this blog.
As I said earlier, this was not meant to be a test. It was just my way of giving back to the community. And I’d like to thank all of you, especially those who wrote me letters, for making this possible. As for the test itself, it was never meant to be a conclusive one. It was meant for me to simply know myself better, or at least better understand myself.
4chan is a simple image-based bulletin board where anyone can post comments and share images. There are boards dedicated to a variety of topics, from Japanese animation and culture to videogames, music, and photography. Users do not need to register an account before participating in the community. It was launched by Christopher "moot" Poole on October 1, 2003. As of June 2020, 4chan receives more than 22 million unique monthly visitors, with approximately 900,000 posts made daily. 4chan has been described as a hub of Internet subculture, with the site's community being influential in the spread of prominent Internet memes, including lolcats, Rickrolling, and rage comics, as well as hactivist movements such as Anonymous. 4chan has often been the subject of media attention as a source of controversies, including the coordination of pranks, harassment, attacks against other websites and Internet users, and the posting of illegal content, threats of violence, misogyny and racism.
