His trouble is that he doesn't feel like he's actually a member of the MBTI community. He doesn't feel like he belongs. The ESFJ isn't too sure that there even is such a thing as "the MBTI community."
I've never felt like an ESFJ, nor can I identify with the description of the personality type. I think the fan-made description of myself is more accurate, given that I am very demonstrative, caring, honest, and patient. I do not agree with the description of the "pygmy" which was given, but it is accurate in some minor ways. I am at a loss as to why this type is so maligned, since I can see where some of their criticisms are valid.
ESFJ's are the most well rounded individuals on the planet. They are the rock on which more people lean than any other type, and if their world wasn't rocked, more people just wouldn't get out of bed.
It may be accurate, but it's also probably wrong.
