Red personality type is ESTP, so it's a "people" type, which usually means everything is about people. There is some logic to this, since ESTPs are always the life of the party and enjoy meeting new people, but the problem I have is that the ESTP only thinks about people. They don't think about their interests, they are concerned only with people.
I can understand why ESTPs are surprised when they find out that they will not be able to find a job as a teacher on their own merits. They don't see the value in doing a job that requires them to spend days preparing for it. They expect to be able to "get through" without having to put in any effort. The ESTP personality type is usually very hard working and wants to follow the rules, but something must be done about their lack of skill and knowledge.
ESTPs can be very outgoing and engaging, and prefer to get their way through force rather than through a logical argument. In many cases, the ESTP is driven by their own sense of justice. However, they often do not see that this is unfair and they will simply get angry and upset, then go on as if nothing happened.
