Aki Adagaki personality type is ESTJ, because she is a cheerful and energetic type. I’m a very energetic and upbeat person, so I would strive to be like her. But it’s not easy to be like her. She is not a Japanese person. She has an American accent.
But, if I’m in Japan, I would do very well. I would be able to make friends easily. I would be able to get along with the people in the office. I would not have any issues with them. They are very friendly people in general. They are not very social people though.
I would be able to work without any problems with people in Japan. They are very nationalistic there though. They are very prideful in their country, so it’s hard to get close to them. But, in my country, they are very easygoing and friendly. You can have a conversation with them without feeling uncomfortable at all.
