    INFJ (9w1)

Alexandrite personality type is INFJ, which means they are introverted, intuitive, feeling, judgmental, and critical. I would say that INFP is closest to INFJ personality type.

Alexandrite personality type is ENFP, which means they are extroverted, intuitive, feeling, perceptive, and creative. ENFP is the only personality that I could see myself being close to, but it’s not that close. At least I couldn’t come up with any other way to explain it.

The difference between the two is that INFJ personality type is pacifying and calm, while ENFP personality type is unruly and grand. Infj seems more peaceful than ENFP. I’m not sure if INFJ is more peaceful than ENFP, but I’d say so.

What Is The INFJ Personality Type?

The INFJ personality type is one of the rarest types of personality around. It is the rarest because it only has about 4% of the population as its members. It is also known as the “The Idealist”.

The alexandrite variety displays a color change dependent upon the nature of ambient lighting called metamerism. Metamerism is the phenomenon of an observed color change from greenish to reddish with a change in source illumination. Alexandrite results from small scale replacement of aluminium by chromium ions in the crystal structure, which causes intense absorption of light over a narrow range of wavelengths in the yellow region (580 nm) of the visible light spectrum. Because human vision is most sensitive to green light and least sensitive to red light, alexandrite appears greenish in daylight where the full spectrum of visible light is present, and reddish in incandescent light which emits less green and blue spectrum. This color change is independent of any change of hue with viewing direction through the crystal that would arise from pleochroism. It is a form of chrysoberyl.

Pari passu, alexandrite is considered to be the national gem of Russia in honor of Alexander II Romanov.
