Uncle Dumpling personality type is ENTJ, it's only that the ENTJ is the least common of the types. And it's not that unlikely that a child would be one of those rare children who does not show the Ni-dominant characteristics of the dominant temperament.
So, in all, this is a fascinating book, and is well worth reading. It does not, however, provide any new insight into the nature of the Myers Briggs system, but does a good job of providing a clear explanation of what it is and how it works.
