His intro was in the Kamen Rider Decade episode "The Weakest Get in the Way of the Strongest" when he was introduced by his mentor, Doctor K, in which he helped to stop The Great Leader.
He is later seen in episode 12 of Kamen Rider Decade referred to as "Kusaka" when Decade uses his Rider Kick on Great Leader's final form, then in episode 13 when he is seen when Decade uses his Rider Kick on Great Leader's head. He is voiced by Junta Terashima who also voiced Tsukasa Kadoya in Kamen Rider Agito.
