Willis Stryker is a sadistic and sociopathic death dealer. He is ruthless in his pursuit of his goals and will stop at nothing to get them done. He's extremely intelligent and manipulative, though he doesn't show this in his "Fallout" persona; only in his "Diamondback" personality. He is extremely proficient at using a wide range of weapons, including sniper rifles, machine guns, and explosives. In the game, he is armed with a pair of custom-crafted sniper rifles, as well as a custom-crafted pistol.
In "Fallout: New Vegas", he is known as "Dog" Strykerman and acts as the leader of the Bitter Springs faction of the Powder Gangers. When the player first meets him, he is working with Benny to try and execute the NCR's plan to destroy Bitter Springs. The player can either kill him in the course of the quest or spare him to return later (although if the player does kill him, then Benny will not appear in Camp McCarran).
