If you’re a business owner, you need to know how to find a problem and fix it in a timely manner. That means you have to be very good at listening, and being able to gauge the emotions of the people you’re working with. You need to have empathy. You need to know how to persuade people.
Here’s a good example of how I do that:
What happened? It was a slow weekend. We were making money, but nothing seemed to be moving. I was starting to get worried that we might not have enough money to pay this month’s bills and we would run out of money before we could make more money. I was angry and frustrated.
Launch Octopus is an octopus-based Reploid. He was once a Maverick Hunter in the 6th Naval Unit, but joined Sigma's rebellion and became Maverick. He has always seen humans as inferior to Reploids, and sees combat as a form of art.
