Shelby Pace personality type is ESTJ, and in my case I'd say I'm more of an ESTP with a dash of STJ. This may sound odd but it is the truth. Rachel and I used to laugh about how we were such opposites when we first met, and that still rings true. I'm more of a planner and goal-oriented than she is. She's more about making things happen without thinking about it, while I like to figure out what needs to get done and then get it done. She's the planner for the two of us, however. My two favorite characteristics of hers are independence and independence. When I met her she was the only one in the group who didn't have a dependent boyfriend or girlfriend, or any other kid for that matter, yet was still very independent. She doesn't need anyone to take care of her, she takes care of herself. And she's also independent in her goals, she wants to get things done, get over something, get over someone. I'm about independence too, but in different ways. I don't mind being dependent on someone or getting help, but it's just not my way to have someone do something for me without doing it myself first.
