Edna Konrad personality type is INTP, and Edna is thus a very different character than she is in the comics. This isn't to say that she doesn't have any of the same traits that she has in the comics -- she's still extremely intellectual, she's still a trusted friend and confidant to Lois, and she's still a talented reporter who turns out the best stories -- but there are some major differences in the way that she interacts with the other characters in the series. 1. She's a lot more laid-back, and less prone to anger
Edna still doesn't take any crap from anyone in the newsroom, but her reputation as a hard-nosed reporter, and her reputation as an alcoholic (which she actually has trouble fighting), seem to be her biggest obstacles. She's not always on the best terms with everyone else, but she's not nearly as confrontational or angry as she is in the comics.
