Mega Man gains the ability to fly by using Rush. His flight is limited due to the small wings he possesses, but it is the most versatile of his abilities. His ability to fly is unaffected by his size, allowing him to fly in all directions without losing speed or altitude. His wings produce an electric shock wave that pushes opponents away. It can also be used to shock opponents into a wall if they are making contact with Mega Man. Although it does not home in as accurately as Rush's laser beam, it is more powerful and can be used in greater quantities due to its range. Mega Man cannot use his Mega Buster or arm cannon while in flight.
