Thomson personality type is ESTJ, or even ISTJ. ESTJ personality is a very disciplined type, and they can be very competent in following a plan. ESTJs are very determined, and will follow through to the end. They are quite centered, and don’t see the need to deviate from a path too much. They are logical, and also have an unwavering sense of duty. ESTJs have a very practical approach to life, and they will follow a plan religiously. They don’t have much time for anything that isn’t practical, and they may even see a lot of fault in things that aren’t exactly practical. ESTJs are usually very good at managing their time, and holding down a job. If they have a job, they tend to work hard at it, and are usually quite good at what they do. ESTJs are reliable workers, and are very good at taking care of their responsibilities. They are straightforward, and very aggressive when it comes to accomplishing goals. ESTJs are often very loyal to their friends, but may have issues with being loyal to friends who are not very dependable.
