Kıvılcım personality type is ESTJ, but then again, so are most of the people we know. I am an ENTP myself. But I can see how an ESTJ would be a bit of a jerk.
I'm not saying they should be jerks, that would be unprofessional. But they might be a bit of a jerk. You're right though, ESTJ's tend to be quite blunt when they express their opinions.
I am not sure if this is something ESTJ's can learn to control though.
