Lubezki is mostly known by his frequent collaborations with directors Terrence Malick, Alfonso Cuarón, and Alejandro González Iñárritu. He is also worked with many other acclaimed directors such as Joel and Ethan Cohen, Tim Burton, Michael Mann, and Mike Nichols.
