Optimus Primal personality type is ISTJ, the "Guardian of the Laws of Nature." Like his predecessors, he is devoted to protecting the natural order of things, which he sees as the basis of all life. His motto is "Automatic Fire Control."
Optimus Prime is an Orion Pax vehicle, and was the only Orion Pax vehicle to be named in the animated series. Orion Pax was featured in the episode "Triple Take" during the BotCon 2010 panel, in which he was voiced by Alan Stevens. Orion Pax is introduced as one of the six great Cybertronian warriors. He is mostly seen in statue form, with a sword in his hand, posed between Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. This Orion Pax is an all-new design, being more show-accurate than the previous show-accurate Orion Pax. He features two working wheels on his ankles, instead of three, and his Ion Blaster is stored on the top of his vehicle mode.
