Li Touten (李塔天) is the main villain of Saiyuki Gaiden.
Li Touten has a very shady personality. He might look like an innocent man without any knowledge about what is happening around him, but, deep within him, he is a greedy and ambitious person who will do anything to have his dream come to reality.
