This is a perfect example of a Type-1 Trait. Travis Kalanick is a Type-1 Trait because he was able to use his power to make sure that an employee who had been speaking out against him was silenced. Also, he used his power to ensure that this driver’s story was not told. In this way, Kalanick used his Type-1 Trait to stifle a voice that he did not agree with.
