Payton Hobart personality type is ENTJ, and I think it's the best thing I ever did. I'm not sure what his INTJ is but he was a very articulate and driven man. He was smart as a whip and so was his brother. I'd like to hear from someone my age who they think their self-worth is tied to their work and their family.
I'm a high school teacher and it's only up to my boss which of my students will get my good grades and which will get my bad grades. I set very high expectations for myself and they want me to be my best, but if I'm not my best, they'll give me bad grades. It's gotten to the point where I can't focus on work anymore because I don't want to make people mad, but they expect me to be my best and they can't put up with my mistakes.
I love my job and don't want to leave it, but I'm not sure what my next step is. This is just the first time someone has ever made me feel this way. Any advice on how to handle it?
