Bryan personality type is ESTJ, the "Expert: The Judger". ESTJs tend to be the most organized, structured, and logical of all the personality types. They tend to be very organized and determined people who thrive in a structured environment. Some ESTJs are very slow to warm up to others and are very business-like and straightforward. ESTJs respond well to clear, direct communication and will get things done if given the proper tools and direction. ESTJs can be very critical of people, especially those that are less than perfect. ESTJs are rarely, if ever, mean-spirited and have a strong sense of duty and honor. ESTJs make great leaders, but can be overbearing and strict at times. These types often have a tough time recovering from failure and will sometimes take it out on their staff. ESTJs are often very good at analyzing situations and making decisions, which makes them ideal advisors.
