Hajime Fukuroda personality type is ESTJ, which is the same as mine (ISTP). I'm a very loyal person and like to learn from others. I believe in hard work, have a bit of a wild streak and get along well with dogs. I'm a very nice person, but I can also be a bit of a perfectionist. I don't have an issue with putting in the work to do something, but I do get annoyed when people don't put in the work to do something properly. I find it hard to communicate my thoughts and feelings to people, especially about important things. I dislike fluff and aim to get things done quickly without getting in the way.
Also, as you can see in the picture to the right, I'm a big guy! I'm not really sure how much extra weight that adds to my character type, but I guess it's something like a 5-10 pound difference? I think this is a really interesting fact that could be used on various character traits in fiction, or even a fun fact to bring up in conversation.
I think personality type can be used in fiction without being too heavy-handed.
