De Sardet personality type is ENTJ, which is the top 1% of the ENTJ population. I'm not saying that all ENTJs are Sardets, but I am saying that there are plenty of them. So it's not surprising that the Sardet personality type has so many different subtypes.
What is the difference between the four subtypes?
It's not all that clear cut. The subtype I'm talking about today is called "the Reformer" or "the Hero." It's usually distinguished from the other subtypes by its more normative, serious, and pragmatic attitudes.
The "reformer" subtype seems to be the most common subtype, and it's often paired with other subtypes that complement it. The other subtypes are "the Idealist" (ISFJ), "the Investigator" (INFJ), and "the Sage" (ENFJ).
