Idriss Aberkane personality type is INFJ, which is the rarest and most misunderstood infj. The only way to get a true understanding of this type is to read the whole of the book, which is very hard to do. I have read only 30 pages and I am still learning.
One of the chapters explains why she was labelled as "mentally ill". There are many problems with that diagnosis, including the fact that she was never seen by a psychiatrist and there was no physical evidence of "mental illness". I was diagnosed with DID, which is not a mental illness, but a complex trauma disorder. If you read this book, you will understand why I have such difficulty accepting the idea that I have multiple personalities. It is not because I don't want to, it's because I do not know how to make sense of it.
I feel like I am learning a whole new way of looking at things, and I am so grateful to have a writer like Idriss Aberkane to guide me.
