First of all, I’m not really Christian. I don’t go to church, or even believe in God. I do believe that the universe is mysterious and we do not fully understand it. A lot of people (especially conservatives) call me an atheist for that reason, which is not true, but why does it matter?
I am not a Christian because I have realized there is no way I can live up to the expectations of someone who claims to be a godly leader. I am not perfect and I am far from the perfect Christian you will find in the Bible or any other holy book.
If you are a Christian, know that you are perfect. You are amazing and you are perfect in your own way. If you are a Christian and you cannot accept that there are people like me who don’t believe that you are perfect, then I don’t blame you. Most Christians defend this idea of perfection so vehemently that they tend to forget the true message of Christianity. The true message of Christianity is that everyone is imperfect and everyone is beautiful, and we should all love each other.
