I'm a fascist in the sense that I believe in the superiority of my own race, and therefore I need to be in control of the world. And I need to be in control of the world because I'm a superior creature.

Obviously yes, obviously yes. You have to believe in superiority to be a fascist. You have to believe in superiority for it to be fascism. It's similar to the way in which the term "racist" is used to apply to any white person who doesn't agree with mass immigration. But if you don't believe in mass immigration, then you're not racist.
