    The ENTP Personality Type

The ENTP personality type is one of the rarest personality types, with a mere 2% of the population being ENTPs. This makes it the least popular of all the 16 personality types, and the one least likely to be found in the workplace.

However, this is a mistake. The ENTP personality type is perhaps the most valuable of all the 16 types. Though we are often criticised for our extroverted traits, the truth is that few of us truly need to be in touch with people all the time. But ENTPs do.

ENTPs are natural change-makers who will seek out new and innovative ways of doing things. They are very intuitive and can see connections between seemingly unrelated ideas. They are also very solution-oriented, and will see almost any problem as an opportunity for change.

However, ENTPs are so infatuated with their own ideas that they often overlook others’ perspectives and take things too personally. They will sometimes take on too many projects and projects that aren’t as important to others. Their extroverted needs get in the way.
