I'm not really able to chime in until I read your post in full, but I've had similar experiences. I've also read a lot of what Enneagram people have to say about it, and I know that they are very accurate in their assessments.
I'm not sure what you meant by "neurotic" or "crazy" or whatever else you used to describe yourself, but it made me self-conscious about my own anger issues. I came to the conclusion that I'm most likely INFP.
I used to be quite angry, but most of my anger is directed at myself. I have very high self-esteem, but I have a lot of self-doubt. I don't know if the two are related, but I do have a lot of self-doubt.
I've been re-reading your posts with regards to anger issues. It seems to me that you are more introverted than extroverted, though you seem to have a lot of energy.
