The ENTJ does not like to be in charge for long periods of time, however, because it does not like to be dependent on anyone else. The ENTJ is very independent, but it does enjoy being in a position where it can lead others.
ENTJs believe in the strength of their ideas, and they are willing to give their own leadership in favor of working with others in order to achieve their goals. This means that the ENTJ is not always willing to let others take leadership roles, however.
