Miles personality type is ENTJ, they are both very similar.
I agree with you its a very interesting study. I like to read studies like this and use it to further my understanding of personality types.
I am a INTP, but I can see the similarities between the two. Both are very intelligent, and both are very focused on the task at hand. However, I do think that the INTPs personality type is a bit more conscientious than the ESTP personality type.
To be honest, I don't know if I'd want to work for an ENTJ. I feel like they would be incredibly arrogant, and wouldn't want to listen to anyone else's opinion. They're probably more likely to just not listen to anyone else's opinion and just do whatever they want.
But, I do find myself agreeing with some of what you said. I like having a meeting with the entire team to discuss things out loud before making any decisions. I also like processes that involve group work and group meetings.
I also find myself agreeing with you on the whole "being selfish" part.
