They are the type of person that loves to take charge in a situation, they are "extraverted" in that they are energetic and talkative, but not necessarily the most talkative in the group. They are "sensing" in that they are often aware of what is going on around them, their surroundings, and everything is always observed. They are "thinking" in that they are very logical in their decision-making process, they are also often the most intelligent person in the group. They are "judging" in that they are often very critical, and critical of their own decisions. This is because they are perfectionists. They are also often very analytical in their decision-making process. It may be difficult for them to see the big picture, or think about things from another perspective. They can also struggle with being creative because they are often so logical with their decisions.
